Our diverse range of flavours includes options tailored for vegan and gluten-free customers, ensuring that everyone can indulge in our confections.

 

Our journey began during the first lockdown when our founder, Ian rekindled his love for chocolate-making. With 28 years of experience as a chef, Ian's renewed passion led to the creation of CocoaMania. From our catering kitchen in Dalkeith, we produce a variety of delightful chocolate flavors, each handcrafted with care.

In addition to our signature line, we offer bespoke flavors and designs for special occasions, working closely with our customers to bring their chocolate visions to life. Our commitment to quality is evident in our use of the finest local ingredients and using Valrhona chocolate, which is ethical, sustainable and B CORP certified.
